HayaCut is installed as a native Premiere CEP/UXP panel. No separate application is required. The plugin installs into Premiere's extension directory and is accessible via Window → Extensions → HayaCut. A license key is required for activation and is issued upon purchase.

Privacy Policy
Data Collection
HayaCut collects only the minimum data required to operate the plugin and manage licensing. This includes: license key and activation status, email address (provided at purchase), and basic usage telemetry (feature usage counts, error logs). No project data, media files, keyframe data, or timeline content is ever transmitted to HayaCut servers.
Data Storage
All project data — keyframes, sync maps, cut versions — is stored locally on your machine within the Premiere Pro project directory. HayaCut has no access to this data and it is never uploaded.
Third Parties
HayaCut does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties. License management is handled via a secure third-party licensing service. No advertising networks or analytics platforms receive user data.
